These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Next Level NIA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our website and related networking services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by intellectual property laws of the United States.

2. User Representations

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Systematically retrieving data from the Site to create a directory or database without written permission.
  • Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us or other users.
  • Any automated use of the system, including scripts, robots, or data mining tools.
  • Using the Site to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavor outside the structured parameters established by Next Level NIA.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
